★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at this place for 4 nights and I was expecting a really superb accommodation and staff. But to my dismay, it just kept getting worse.
1. Check-in place is far from the actual apartment (as stated in their website so I’ll give it that). But, the check-in/reception was hard to find in the first place.
2. When I entered the unit, it smelled of something really old and the place didn’t feel like it was cleaned properly before we got in.
3. The heaters don’t work. We paid a great amount of money for this place not to be fully functional. This is so disappointing.
4. The sink in the bathroom has a leak so the bathroom floor is so wet.
5. We called for maintenance services on the first day of our stay because of a disturbing sound in the kitchen, and the repairman arrived two days later without any notice. We were all shocked when we went back to the unit because we left something, someone was in our bedroom.
6. Last but definitely NOT THE LEAST, I had bedbug bites all over BOTH my arms from lying down in the sofa bed at the living room!!! Imagine how dirty this place is, and they call it a luxury palace. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this place will definitely scam you. We came back to our rooms to find all of our possessions had been gone through. When we confronted the reception about this they said that it was probably the owner and that they would not be able to give us our money back.They have been changing their name and posting fake reviews everytime google bans them. You do not want to leave any of your possessions here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst establishment in the area. There’s a reason as to why they always change their name in order to trick guests. Horrible customer all the way around until it’s time for them to take your money. Staff had no respect for any of us while we were there. They simply lied to our face. The owner decided that he would to rob us while we were on a stroll. The rooms were dirty and seemed like they did a quick cleaning job to cover all tracks of dirt. Don’t dare ever book with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total scam!!! The comments speak for theirselves. Extremely unproffesional. They charged us 500€ due to a broken dishwasher that was working as we left. They won’t answer my emails or telephone. They only reply this reviews treating us like garbage.
Avoid this “hotel” as you can!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crooks! These people are creating fake reviews. I regretfully stayed at this location and they robbed us while we went out for breakfast. No one showed up and our emails were never replied to. DO NOT stay. Do not make the mistake I made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our last stay of our Italy trip was perfectly romantic! The views of the canal and the outdoor balcony were amazing. The communication and check-in process were effortless and the conditions and cleanliness of the apartment were excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge apartment right at the center, self check-in and out with pin, luggage storage also very convenient, 1 min walk to supermarket, Gondola stop, 2 min walk to water bus, 5 min walk to Rialto Bridge or the central market. Wifi connection was stable, overall condition of the apartment is average but clean, no elevator.
