Chiamato da più di 2 mesi per un problema sulla ringhiera ed il ritocco di un gradino, sapevo dal tono della telefonata che non sarebbero passati... Quando ti dicono:" si, si passiamo quando siamo in zona"e nemmeno chiedono conferma dell'indirizzo e dei dati.... Delusa.
Good service in the design and sales phase, absent in the after-sales phase. Called for more than 2 months for a problem on the railing and the touch-up of a step, I knew from the tone of the call that it would not pass ... When they say: "yes, we pass when we are in the area" and do not even ask for confirmation of the address and data .... Disappointed.
