E pensare che avevo preso tanto di appuntamenti con l'arredatore, portato pianta della cucina è lasciato tutti i recapiti telefonici. Nell'occasione avevo anche chiesto il prezzo di un mobile per il salotto e mi è stato risposto che sarei stata ricontattata in settimana. Sono passati 8 mesi! Grazie lo stesso.
Since November I'm still waiting for them to call me back for a quote. And to think that I had taken so much appointments with the decorator, brought the kitchen plan is left all the telephone numbers. On this occasion I had also asked for the price of a piece of furniture for the living room and was told that I would be contacted again during the week. 8 months have passed! Thanks anyway.

Sono entrata per un preventivo senza avere appuntamento e le due persone sedute alle scrivanie per le consulenze e progettazioni hanno detto che non potevano darmi relazione perché avevano cose urgenti da fare, uno anche in modo decisamente scortese.Mi sembra un un atteggiamento molto poco commerciale, e poi magari si lamentano che sono in crisi!
Mi rivolgerò ad altro punto vendita sperando di trovare persone più disponibili
Very nice kitchens. I went in for a quote without having an appointment and the two people sitting at the desks for consulting and planning said they couldn't report me because they had urgent things to do, one even in a very rude way. and then maybe they complain that they are in crisis!
I will go to another store hoping to find more helpful people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, sono venuta nel Vs negozio con piantina e misure che mi servivano per la nuova cucina, vi ho chiamato 3 volte per sapere se era pronto il preventivo, (in genere viene fatto subito ma da voi no .. ) ma è passato più di 1 anno e dopo vari solleciti non è mai arrivato, adesso non importa , ho comunque la mia cucina nuova , comprata da un altra parte chiaramente, beh sono contenta per voi che trattate i clienti così , vuol dire che non ne avete bisogno .. per fortuna non siete gli unici che vendono cucine
Good evening, I came to your shop with a map and measures that I needed for the new kitchen, I called you 3 times to find out if the quote was ready, (usually it is done immediately but not by you ..) but more than 1 year and after several reminders it never arrived, now it doesn't matter, I still have my new kitchen, bought somewhere else clearly, well I'm happy for you who treat customers like this, it means that you don't need it .. to luckily you're not the only ones selling kitchens

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un mese neppure uno straccio di preventivo della cucina: all'ennesima richiesta di farmi sapere qualcosa l'unica risposta che ho ricevuto è stata 'siamo pieni di lavoro'. Sono molto contenta per voi visti i tempi, ma da cliente mi sento presa in giro senza contare che stiamo parlando di diversi soldi, andrò a spenderli da chi mi darà delle risposte in tempi ragionevoli.
After a month not even a shred of a kitchen estimate: to the umpteenth request to let me know something the only answer I received was 'we are full of work'. I am very happy for you given the times, but as a customer I feel teased not to mention that we are talking about several money, I will go and spend it from those who will give me answers in a reasonable time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got in the shop to look at some kitchens , well we didnt have an appointment but we were like lets go in and ask a few things . There were two sales person in the shop whi were busy with other customers. They were busy but a " hi," " welcome" wouldnt hurt anyone. The only person said hi was an older gentleman dressed like a plumber who we thought was another customer as it turns out he was the owner who was free to help us but he said, i let the young work so book an appointment or here or the other shop. Well he could' ve sold us a kitchen but i guess he didnt really needed it. Peccato
