★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prossima volta vado all'Ikea. Cucina progettata con competenza, pagata abbastanza (ma lo sapevamo) ma montata male. Per avere alcune maniglie abbiamo aspettato diversi mesi. La barra portamestoli è stata consegnata subito ma ci è stato detto che mancava un certo kit di montaggio e alla fine è stata montata dopo un anno. Ma il problema peggiore è tuttora la lavastoviglie, montata malissimo e che periodicamente (tipo una volta al mese) si smolla con una serie di pesanti conseguenze, fra cui lo sportello che si chiude male e il vapore che fuoriesce facendo scollare il rivestimento dei pannelli. Al momento ho scritto l'ennesima mail e sono in attesa dell'ennesimo intervento "risolutivo" che consisterà nello stringere due viti.
Next time I go to Ikea. Competently designed kitchen, paid enough (but we knew it) but poorly fitted. We waited several months to get some handles. The ladle bar was delivered right away but we were told it was missing a certain mounting kit and was finally assembled after a year. But the worst problem is still the dishwasher, which is mounted very badly and which periodically (like once a month) loosens up with a series of serious consequences, including the door that closes badly and the steam that comes out causing the panel covering to unstick. At the moment I have written yet another email and I am awaiting yet another "decisive" intervention which will consist in tightening two screws.
