Giallo paglierino, profumo intenso di zolfo pietra focaia e sullo sfondo note tropicali di Mango pesca gialla e passion fruit, in bocca potente di buona persistenza denso giustamente alcolico, sapore ossidato e suadente, le note di vaniglia svelano il legno su cui invecchia, note ferrose e saline ricordano i sali della terra Friulana. Varietà di frutta matura accompagnano il palato. Non adatto a palati inesperti. L'invecchiamento amalgama e spicca sapori non comuni a vini semplici. Abbina perfettamente primi piatti strutturati di pesce, la pasta al ragù di carne in bianco e formaggi fino a Media stagionatura.
Un vino che rispecchia la verità dell'uva Friulana.
Peccato che le scorte della cantina siano terminate...speriamo di poterlo riacquistare...nella loro bellissima azienda adiacente a Villa Manin
Today we talk about the Steli white wine ....
Straw yellow, intense aroma of sulfur flint and tropical notes of yellow peach and passion fruit on the background, powerful mouth with good persistence, dense alcoholic flavor, oxidized and persuasive flavor, vanilla notes reveal the wood on which it ages, ferrous notes and saline reminiscent of the salts of the Friulian land. Ripe fruit varieties accompany the palate. Not suitable for inexperienced palates. Aging blends and stands out flavors not common to simple wines. It perfectly combines structured fish first courses, pasta with white meat sauce and cheeses up to Medium seasoning.
A wine that reflects the truth of the Friulian grape.
Too bad that the cellar's stocks have run out ... we hope to be able to buy it back ... in their beautiful company adjacent to Villa Manin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vini al top. Ottima la ribolla gialla spumante anche se, più in generale, ogni vino merita ben più di un semplice assaggio (bianchi e rossi è indifferente). I prezzi sonno assolutamente nella media, tranne il superbo Moro che, tuttavia, merita in assoluto l'extra costo. La famiglia è cordiale e il momento dell'acquisto si trasforma in qualcosa di ben più importante di una semplice commissione. Consiglio vivamente di passarvi qualche momento
Top wines. The sparkling yellow ribolla is excellent even if, more generally, every wine deserves more than a simple taste (white and red is indifferent). The prices are absolutely average, except for the superb Moro which, however, absolutely deserves the extra cost. The family is friendly and the time of purchase turns into something much more important than a simple commission. I highly recommend spending a few moments there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was amazing, I randomly stopped by after visiting Villa Manin, and Gino Vendrame, owner and head wine maker gave me a personal tour! Even though harvesting just started, he spent hours with me showing me the production and giving me the history of the area! My favorites were the Friuliano and the Chardonnay! This is a great up and coming wine maker! Truly made my day!
