Se è vero che le responsabilità maggiori sono del privato venditore dell'immobile che non ha provveduto a fare quello per cui più volte aveva dato garanzia - e che poi abbiamo scoperto mesi dopo... -, vero è anche che l'agente che lo ha seguito e consigliato passo dopo passo difficilmente poteva esserne all'oscuro. Qualora potesse essere utile sarò ben felice di fornire notizie più dettagliate. L'insegnamento è uno solo: vigilate sempre su tutti e tutto, e lasciate perdere la fiducia risposta nelle sole strette di mano.
