★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando pensavo ad una agenzia immobiliare mi venivano in mente le cravatte con il nodo grosso e i capelli impomatati con la riga a destra e mi passava la voglia di vendere casa.
Qui invece ho trovato Stefano che tra le sue caratteristiche ha la tranquillità e l’attenzione per il cliente, due caratteristiche che lo fanno apprezzare molto e grazie alle quali riesce a relazionarsi praticamente con tutti.
C’è quella genuinità che forse oggi manca in molti campi e che andrebbe riscoperta per ridare il giusto significato alla parola fiducia.

Avevo deciso di NON acquistare altri immobili in quanto ne avevo acquistato già uno nello stesso anno.
Poi ho conosciuto Nicola (e il suo team) che mi hanno dimostrato di essere non solo dei professionisti ma anche degli abili "ascoltatori". Hanno fatto veramente un ottimo lavoro recuperando tutta la documentazione e soddisfacendo a pieno le mie richieste.
Io non vedo l'agenzia come un costo, ma come un "alleato" sempre pronto a "sbattersi" nei vari uffici e a lavorare assieme nella risoluzione di piccole problematiche. Starei attento ad effettuare delle trattative private: il mondo immobiliare ha molte particolarità che non sono facilmente comprensibili da chi non è del mestiere.
Spero che la mia opinione possa aiutare molti che vedono l'acquisto di un immobile come un passo importante della vita.
Sbagliare un acquisto del genere può costare molto caro quindi affidatevi a dei professionisti.

I had decided NOT to buy other properties as I had already bought one in the same year.
Then I met Nicola (and his team) who showed me that they are not only professionals but also skilled "listeners". They did a really great job recovering all the documentation and fully satisfying my requests.
I do not see the agency as a cost, but as an "ally" always ready to "crash" in the various offices and to work together in solving small problems. I would be careful to carry out private negotiations: the real estate world has many peculiarities that are not easily understood by those who are not in the trade.
I hope my opinion will help many who see buying a property as an important step in life.
Making a mistake such a purchase can be very expensive so rely on professionals.
