really bad !!!! only thing that works and the phone answers immediately ... after 4 calls at 20.40 still had not arrived delivering .....

Tenuto conto che per il servizio di Milano triangolano da Roma (il referente mi diceva essere qui), posso confermare che il servizio di ICE GROUP è stato due volte su due totalmente distrastroso creandoci enorme imbarazzo con il cliente a cui andava consegnato per il catering. La prima volta sono arrivati con quasi 3 ore di ritardo ad evento in fase avanzata (causa mancato carico ordine!) e la seconda volta (do sempre una seconda chance) non hanno nemmeno consegnato nonostante le raccomandazione e le figuracce della prima volta. Forse è meglio se dedichino a fare ghiaccioli da vendere per strada perchè sulla base della nostra esperienza sono da SCONSIGLIARE VIVAMENTE
Bad Bad Bad Bad! Taking into account that for the Milan service they triangulate from Rome (the contact person told me to be here), I can confirm that the ICE GROUP service was twice out of two totally disastrous creating enormous embarrassment with the customer to whom it was delivered for catering. The first time they arrived with almost 3 hours of delay at an advanced stage (due to failure to load the order!) And the second time (I always give a second chance) they did not even deliver despite the recommendations and the bad looks of the first time. Maybe it's better if they dedicate to making popsicles to be sold on the street because on the basis of our experience they are STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda totalmente inaffidabile. Avevo scelto come orario di consegna la fascia orario 16-17 ma alle 18.30 la consegna ancora non era pervenuta. Dopo continui sollecitamenti telefonici alle ore 19.45 è arrivato il corriere per poi scoprire increduli che dentro i box non c’era nulla, completamente vuoti e privi di ghiaccio, sia tritato che secco. Se siete professionisti della ristorazione e ci tenete alla completa riuscita del vostro evento, evitate assolutamente questa azienda, se così vogliamo definirla.
Totally unreliable company. I had chosen the timeframe 16-17 for the delivery time but at 6.30 pm the delivery had not yet been received. After constant telephone solicitations at 7.45 pm the courier arrived, only to discover that there was nothing inside the boxes, completely empty and free of ice, both chopped and dried. If you are a catering professional and you care about the complete success of your event, absolutely avoid this company if we want to define it.
