Nonostante avevo segnalato la cosa decidendo di tenere il prodotto in quanto lo avrei comunque consumato, mi hanno voluto lo stesso rimborsare la cifra che avevo speso senza farmi rendere il prodotto che mi era arrivato.

I purchased a product and mistakenly I was sent another product as the one in the picture on the site was out of production.
Although I had reported this by deciding to keep the product as I would have consumed it anyway, they still wanted me to reimburse the amount I had spent without having the product returned to me.
