★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato nel giugno 2020 una Lancia Y GPL, Start&Stop, allestimento GOLD. Mi è stata consegnata una vettura priva degli optionals previsti per l'allestimento GOLD. Il titolare aveva promesso a parole di sistemare il tutto integrando gli optionals che mancavano ma non ha provveduto ed ora siamo in causa.
I purchased a Lancia Y GPL, Start & Stop, GOLD set-up in June 2020. I was given a car without the optionals provided for the GOLD set-up. The owner had promised in words to fix everything by integrating the optionals that were missing but has not done so and now we are in dispute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cambiato diversi veicoli da piu' concessionari nella mia vita, ma quest'ultimo mi ha davvero sorpreso, tanto da venirne a scrivere una recensione che non è mio solito fare. Ho acquistato una Volkswagen Golf 2017. Impeccabile. Titolare cordiale e disponibile in tutto. Anche se titubante del prezzo medio/basso della vettura, considerando stato e chilometri, ho deciso comunque di acquistarla. Dopo l'acquisto mi sono recato dal mio meccanico di fiducia per un controllo approfondito, esito super positivo. Unico "disguido" risolto in tempi brevissimi è su un accordo verbale che prevedeva un cambio gomme da invernali ad estive a spese sue. Ottime anche quelle.
Che dire, posso solo riportarvi la mia esperienza e consigliarvi di recarvi da questa concessionaria se vorrete in futuro acquistare un auto. Grazie ancora, spero di fare ancora acquisti in questo luogo in futuro
I have changed several vehicles from several dealerships in my life, but this one has really surprised me, so much so that I come to write a review that I don't usually do. I bought a Volkswagen Golf 2017. Flawless. Owner friendly and helpful in everything. Although hesitant about the low / medium price of the car, considering the state and kilometers, I still decided to buy it. After the purchase I went to my trusted mechanic for a thorough check, super positive result. The only "problem" solved in a very short time is on a verbal agreement that provided for a tire change from winter to summer at his expense. Those are also excellent.
What can I say, I can only bring you my experience and advise you to go to this dealership if you want to buy a car in the future. Thanks again, I hope to shop at this place again in the future
