β β β β β This is the worst Venchi shop ever. I couldn't exchange my points because they were in lack of everything. This shop is just a defamation of Venchi stores.

β β β β β I did not have the same experience as the other reviewers but I also only went for the gelato. They had what I wanted which was dark chocolate and raspberry and I selected the bowl that was coated in chopped almonds. I really enjoyed my gelato but it was not the best I had on this trip.
