Prezzi da rapina, a circa il doppio di quelli praticati mediamente a Roma: 3,20 cono piccolo e 70 centesimi per l'aggiunta di una piccola quantità di panna che qui a Roma normalmente è compresa nel prezzo. Totale 3,90 (4 non se la sono sentita), comunque meglio del 3,99 dei mercati di frutta rionali.... Ho preso pistacchio e nocciola, sapore anonimo. Bad place. Robbery prices, about double those charged on average in Rome: 3.20 small cone and 70 cents for the addition of a small amount of cream that here in Rome is normally included in the price. Gelato nella norma assolutamente nulla di particolare. Ma quel che meglio sono i prezzi un cono piccolo 3 euro e 20 e il commesso al banco ci ha tenuto a specificare che la panna era a pagamento (ben 70 cent) e udite udite mica una panna artigianale che avrebbe a stento giustificato cotanto prezzo ma industriale schiaffata sul cono dal classico erogatore che trovi nel bar più dozzinale. Conclusione:MAI PIÙ. Bad place. There was not even pistachio (and we are certainly not talking about an exotic or particular taste). Ice cream in the norm absolutely nothing in particular. d	daniela criscuolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partiamo dal presupposto che se metti in vendita pochi gusti, o sono MONDIALI o eviti, e continui a vendere solo cioccolata, cosa che gli riesce sicuramente meglio!!! Siamo stati da eataly Roma e abbiamo preso 4 gelati da 2 gusti prezzo altissimo più di 13 euro. 70 centesimi solo per la cioccolata all'interno del cono del bambino, la quale era talmente eccessiva che il ragazzino non è stato in grado di terminare nè cono nè cioccolato, stucchevole direi!! approposito la panna si paga a parte ecc ecc... io personalmente ho preso stracciatella e pistacchio... il gusto stracciatella non sapeva nè di latte nè di fior di latte nè di stracciatella, i pezzettini di cioccolata all'interno non si sentivano, fini e insapore, ma devo dire che sapeva di acqua, si è sciolto poi con una facilità impressionante, non ho fatto in tempo a pagare che già sgocciolava su i bordi.. il pistacchio non aveva un colore invitante però era discreto... la crema presa per la bambina, bho!! Non sono in grado forse di descriverla, ma sono sicura, non sapeva di crema e il colore era sbiadito, mio marito ha apprezzato la nocciola... io personalmente ci sono rimasta male, mi aspettavo a quel prezzo in quel contesto e con quella pubblicità che oramai hanno non solo in Italia un gelato eccellente, invece assolutamente scarso. In compenso forse hanno un buon personale, la ragazza che ci ha serviti è stata molto attenta e carina, specialmente nel servire i bambini. Per quanto mi riguarda eviterò di tornarci... I'm not able to describe it, but I'm sure, it didn't taste like cream and the color was faded, my husband appreciated the hazelnut ... I personally was disappointed, I expected at that price in that context and with that advertisement which now have not only an excellent ice cream in Italy, instead it is absolutely scarce. On the other hand, perhaps they have a good staff, the girl who served us was very attentive and nice, especially in serving the children. As for me, I will avoid going back ...

Se non fosse stato per lei non avrei acquistato perché dovevo viaggiare e in piena estate romana. E’ stata molto gentile e professionale, consigliandomi il cioccolato migliore per le alte temperature. Mi ha poi aiutato con le confezioni regalo per i miei ospiti e sono senza parole per l’eleganza. Grazie mille Silvia, ritornerò sicuramente in questo punto vendita. I was today at Venchi's inside Eataly and was served by the very kind Silvia. If it hadn't been for her I wouldn't have bought it because I had to travel and in the middle of the Roman summer. She was very kind and professional, recommending me the best chocolate for high temperatures. He then helped me with the gift boxes for my guests and I am speechless for the elegance. Thank you very much Silvia, I will definitely return to this store.

Le due stelle sono per il personale estramente gentile e preparato. I didn't expect hot chocolate powder from venchi and eataly. The price, however, is that of Venchi, the chocolate is not, I miss a glass of water .... The two stars are for the extraordinarily kind and prepared staff.
