Mi è capitato di essere servito due volte da FrancescA brava, veloce, cortese e sorridente anche sotto la mascherina, un po’ meno il suo collega (tanto magro e senza nome perché senza spilla) un po’ troppo invadente durante la vendita.
Charming store, excellent quality chocolate with many different varieties, ice cream good but not at the level of the other Venchi stores, personal? I happened to be served twice by FrancescA who was good, fast, courteous and smiling even under the mask, a little less than her colleague (so thin and nameless because without a pin) a little too intrusive during the sale.

Sulla qualità dei prodotti non credo di dover dire molto. A mio avviso i cioccolatini Venchi sono tra i migliori prodotti italiani sul mercato, per la scelta delle materie prime e per gradevolezza al palato.
Young, kind and knowledgeable staff, which is not bad in general, but in an airport it is even more important and makes you feel "at home".
I don't think I have to say much about the quality of the products. In my opinion, Venchi chocolates are among the best Italian products on the market, for the choice of raw materials and for their pleasantness on the palate.
