Mi sono rivolta a Venalia per una vendita che sapevo non sarebbe stata semplice: appartamento sito in un contesto piuttosto vecchio, al secondo piano senza ascensore, box assente.
Nel giro di breve tempo, grazie alla preparazione ed all’esperienza di Lino Mastroianni, è stato trovato un acquirente; Lino ha dimostrato una professionalità impeccabile ed ottime capacità di mediazione, che hanno portato alla stipula di un accordo senza difficoltà.
Le procedure burocratiche, la preparazione dei documenti e l’iter di vendita mi sono stati spiegati con chiarezza estrema; anche in questo caso Lino Matroianni ha impostato e seguito il tutto senza che io abbia dovuto pensare a nulla.

I turned to Venalia for a sale that I knew would not be easy: apartment located in a rather old context, on the second floor without a lift, no garage.
Within a short time, thanks to the preparation and experience of Lino Mastroianni, a buyer was found; Lino demonstrated impeccable professionalism and excellent mediation skills, which led to the signing of an agreement without difficulty.
The bureaucratic procedures, the preparation of documents and the sales process were explained to me with extreme clarity; also in this case Lino Matroianni set up and followed everything without my having to think about anything.

Potrei fermarmi qui per spiegare la differenza con la concorrenza, ma scriverò qualche dettaglio aggiuntivo.
Abbiamo portato a termine la vendita di un vecchio immobile di famiglia (in condizioni non buone) acquistato negli anni 60.
Se siamo riusciti nell’impresa lo dobbiamo al titolare Lino Mastroianni che lo ha proposto sul mercato puntando sulle potenzialità dell’immobile stesso e rivolgendosi ad una clientela che a quelle potenzialità poteva essere interessata; questo ha determinato la differenza nel prezzo di realizzo, altri lo hanno visto semplicemente come “una casa vecchia”.
Siamo stati perfettamente seguiti dall’inizio alla fine di una lunga procedura di raccolta dei documenti da presentare, ad acquirente e notaio, che per 8 persone e per immobili così vecchi è più complessa di quanto ci si possa aspettare.
Totalmente soddisfatti, personalmente per come si è ascoltati e seguiti consiglierei Venalia a chiunque.

We have completed the sale of an old family property (in poor condition) purchased in the 1960s.
If we have succeeded in the enterprise we owe it to the owner Lino Mastroianni who proposed it on the market by focusing on the potential of the property itself and addressing a clientele who could be interested in that potential; this determined the difference in the realization price, others saw it simply as "an old house".
We were perfectly followed from the beginning to the end of a long procedure of collecting the documents to be presented to the buyer and notary, which for 8 people and for such old properties is more complex than one might expect.
Totally satisfied, personally with how you are listened to and looked after, I would recommend Venalia to anyone.

Ho apprezzato anche il fatto che si sia interfacciato direttamente con lo studio notarile e la banca, facendomi risparmiare tempo. Inoltre, è stato molto presente anche nel periodo post vendita assicurandosi che tutto fosse andato per il meglio. Molto utile anche il servizio offerto di volture delle utenze dal precedente proprietario. Sono pienamente soddisfatto.
