Trovo questo servizio molto utile, soprattutto per persone come me che acquista una casa e non risiede nel territorio di appartenenza dell'agenzia. Non mi è mai capitato con nessuna altra agenzia di fruire di un servizio del genere. Professional and fast in handling requests. I find this service very useful, especially for people like me who buy a house and do not reside in the territory to which the agency belongs. In sede di visita ho chiesto all’agente, Gianluca, se una proposta vincolata al mutuo fosse accettabile e la risposta è stata assolutamente negativa. A fine visita, manifestato il mio interesse, abbiamo fissato un appuntamento telefonico in pausa pranzo per il lunedì successivo. Non avendo ricevuto alcuna chiamata all’orario pattuito, ho telefonato io alle 17 per comunicare la mia volontà di procedere con una proposta. Durante la telefonata l’agente mi ha comunicato che era stata accettata una proposta VINCOLATA AL MUTUO, accettata in quanto presentata da un collega/conoscente. Alla mia proposta verbale mi è stato risposto che sarei stato contattato alle 18 dello stesso giorno dal titolare per definire i termini. Dopo 5 giorni nessuna telefonata. Unfortunately I have to disagree with the average of the reviews. I saw a terraced house located in Badile, a hamlet of Zibido San Giacomo, on Friday evening. During the visit I asked the agent, Gianluca, if a proposal linked to the loan was acceptable and the answer was absolutely negative. At the end of the visit, having expressed my interest, we set up a telephone appointment during the lunch break for the following Monday. Not having received any calls at the agreed time, I phoned at 5 pm to communicate my willingness to proceed with a proposal. During the phone call, the agent informed me that a BINDING MORTGAGE proposal had been accepted, accepted as it was presented by a colleague / acquaintance. To my verbal proposal, I was told that I would be contacted at 6 pm the same day by the owner to define the terms. After 5 days, no phone calls.
