We were a group of four friends who cycled from Nice, France to Narni just north of Rome, fully loaded. The bikes were perfect - handled the hills and the loads very well, were in excellent condition and very comfortable. In fact, one of our group wanted to take hers home with her she was so happy with it. Genarro's service delivering and setting up the bikes and picking them up again was fantastic. He has to be one of the most patient, reliable and likeable men on the planet. As someone who has cycled thousands of kms and dealt with all the hassles of transporting my own bike on planes, I can't recommend Veloce's drop off and pick up service enough. We are already planning another cycling trip next year and we will definitely rent from Veloce again!

My disc brake pads were very worn down and my partner's tire was bald and the bottom bracket was shot. It is nice to have to delivery and pick up in different cities but overall our experience was not good. They did refund us the cost of the repairs.
M	Matt Harrop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In July 2019 I was set to race an ultra distance triathlon in Germany. Coming from Canada I decided to rent a cycle from Gennaro (Jerry) at Veloce rentals. Due to the popularity of the race I had reserved and paid the full deposit well in advance. Two days before the race I received an email from Gennaro saying the bike is no longer available. I was devastated. I trained for over 8 months to race an ultra distance triathlon, traveled over 12 hours by plane, train and automobile only to discover that I did not have a cycle 2 days before the race. My holiday was ruined. The cost of the race was very expensive in addition to the cost of the bike, lodging and travel. It has been over 6 months of infrequent contact with Gennaro. It has been well over 120 days. I still have not received my refund and am over over $500. Unfortunately the customer service and communication is very poor from Gennaro and his team. It is not worth ruining a holiday with Veloce rentals. Always read the reviews before booking. I advise everyone to look elsewhere for cycle rentals.

Gennaro delivered the bike to us along with saddle bags and tools, collected our luggage for storage during the ride, then 5 days later returned our luggage and collected the bikes. They were great bikes and the service was excellent. We would use Veloce Rentals services again and recommend them to others Thanks

Also our bigger luggage was delivered at the end of our trip. Bikes were good. Did not have any issues. Appreciated the wider tires as some of our mapped sections were a little off road and the bikes handled great. Good communication from the owner and was always in contact regarding the delivery/pickup times. Thank you for the great cycling experience.

Gennaro was able to deliver the bike so I only had to do a 5 min walk to pick up the bike. Great communication via Email and WhatsApp. Very convenient! Needless to say, that the bike was great. Full Dura Ace. I never rode a bike like that before :)

My friend and I did a self-planned/guided tour around Tuscany with Veloce's hybrid bikes, and it wouldn't have been so pleasant without them. Communication was great, delivery and pickup were on time (they're the only place in Italy to deliver anywhere and pickup anywhere), and bikes were like new. They even gave us some extra stuff (repair kit, helmets, water bottles, rack+bags) with our bikes without us asking! We had such a fun time and felt so safe with their equipment and help :) can't recommend them enough and can't wait to ride again with them in Italy!
