★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pavimenti proposti sono meravigliosi, belli ma sopratutto di qualità. Il personale è qualificato ed estremamente disponibile. Il mio pavimento in legno oltre a dare un tocco in più alla casa è facilissimo da pulire e molto resistente. Super consigliato!
The floors proposed are wonderful, beautiful but above all of quality. The staff is qualified and extremely helpful. My wooden floor, besides giving an extra touch to the house, is very easy to clean and very resistant. Super recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appaio gentili ed onesti ma nella pratica sono poco disponibili a rispondere sulle garanzie del loro prodotto. Abbiamo acquistato i pavimenti in legno da questa ditta . I pavimenti hanno perso il colore per effetto di un normale calpestio. Contattati per ben 3 volte non abbiamo ricevuto ancora assistenza dopo 1 anno. Non li consiglio a nessuno .
I appear kind and honest but in practice they are little available to answer on the guarantees of their product. We purchased the wooden floors from this firm. The floors have lost their color due to normal walking. Contacted 3 times, we have not yet received assistance after 1 year. I don't recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stellina perché non si può dare un voto inferiore. Abitiamo in un isola di Venezia, fatto subito presente, il titolare ci conferma che non c’è nessun problema per eseguire il lavoro. Posato il pavimento in un giorno, ci accorgiamo subito di alcune imperfezioni e le segnaliamo documentando con foto. . Ci viene promesso secondo intervento, ma non è più passato nessuno. A distanza di qualche mese, su alcune assi il legno letteralmente “scoppia”, scriviamo una mail con foto, riceviamo, sempre dal titolare rassicurazioni e promesse di intervento. A distanza di tempo sollecitiamo, ma non si è mai visto nessuno ne’ si sono più messi in contatto con noi. Abbiamo pagato il lavoro puntualmente, per contro abbiamo avuto un servizio scadente e un post vendita inesistente. Sono molto delusa e non consiglierei mai questa attività per la posa pavimenti. Sempre qui in isola altri amici hanno avuto problemi con il post vendita, credo che anche loro stiano ancora aspettando intervento. Davvero una pessima esperienza che ci è costata cara.
I put a star because you can't give a lower grade. We live in an island of Venice, immediately present, the owner confirms that there is no problem to perform the job. Having laid the floor in one day, we immediately notice some imperfections and report them by documenting them with photos. . We are promised second intervention, but no one has passed. A few months later, on some boards the wood literally "bursts", we write an email with photos, we always receive assurances and promises from the owner. After a while we solicit, but no one has ever been seen nor have they contacted us anymore. We paid for the work on time, on the other hand we had poor service and non-existent after-sales. I am very disappointed and would never recommend this activity for laying floors. Also here on the island other friends have had problems with the after-sales service, I believe they are still waiting for intervention. A really bad experience that cost us dearly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A seguito di esperienza personale sconsiglio vivamente di comprare il pavimento in legno da #vedovato #pavimentilegnoNoale perche quello che vedete in foto e’ stato comprato da loro. E’ un rovere sbiancato (praticamente era bianco) , a partire dal 2º anno ha cominciato a perdere colore fino a diventare così come in foto!! Pessima qualità è peggio ancora non rispondono alle richieste do assistenza. Pessimi
Following personal experience, I strongly advise against buying the wooden floor from #vedovato #pavimentilegnoNoale because what you see in the picture was bought by them. It is a bleached oak (it was practically white), starting from the 2nd year it began to lose color until it became the same as in the picture !! Bad quality is worse still they don't respond to requests for assistance. bad
