β β β β β Excellent cafe with fast service al banco. Service outside is a bit slow. Polite bartender, he even mixes drinks with greek masticha liquor. Very good Prosecco. Five tables in front of the entrance reserved for small dishes. Even if the toilet in the 1st floor is not recommended itβs a keeper.

β β β β β Great place to enjoy wine and bites while your kids play on the square. The staff was quick and attentive. Of course itβs a commercialised place, but thatβs what you get on such a prime location. And even so, the prices were fair. A bottle of Prosecco can be had from about β¬25. They need to earn their rent back. The Prosecco came in a nice cooling stand, so we could enjoy it over time. The home made bread and cheese spread was as good as Iβve had in Italy. The chocolate-amaro cherryβs-blue cheese combo was a first for me and was amazing.

β β β β β Cappuccino under the Toscany sun. Amazing terrasse and coffee place on the beautiful Piazza Grande in Arezzo. Breakfast is good lots of croissants and sweet choice, h and cheese toast. And an air of renaissance all around. The dinner we had at their restaurant on the evening was delicious with angreat service. Our waiter was excellent and the Toscany style was perfect.

β β β β β Nice view on the lovely buildings, very friendly and competent waiters and good cocktails; appatizers on the other hand were only basic. So overall perfect for just a drink!!

β β β β β When there are two guests at a table and one of them wants another coffee, one asks ALSO the other guest whether he/she wants something else! The guest shouldn't have to scream that he/she also wants smt, talk less with the guest that wants another coffee ("oh that was not enough? Not big enough for you?" shut it) - bloody unprofessional

β β β β β Coffee arrived cold but they immediately gave us two new hot coffee's. Coffee was very good. The highlight was the mini torta della nonna ? yummilicious.... Good position on the square...very pleasant.
