★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono stato servito da loro per 4 anni, ogni anno il tecnico che veniva a casa, mai lo stesso, interpretava le normative in modo diverso, invitandomi ad eseguire lavori di aggiornamento al locale caldaia, (una normativa è solo una linea guida e non un obbligo, a patto che non venga citata in un decreto legislativo), ultima pecca= avermi fatto firmare, assieme alla pratica di pulizia, un contratto di rinnovo senza chiedere la mia intenzione. Nessuna nota negativa per il lavoro svolto negli anni, da migliorare, a mio avviso, il rapporto con i clienti.
I was served by them for 4 years, every year the technician who came to the house, never the same, interpreted the regulations differently, inviting me to carry out updating work on the boiler room, (a regulation is only a guideline and not a obligation, provided it is not mentioned in a legislative decree), the last flaw = having made me sign, together with the cleaning procedure, a renewal contract without asking for my intention. No negative note for the work carried out over the years, to improve, in my opinion, the relationship with customers.
