Tecnico esperto e qualificato, disposto ad ascoltare e rispondere alla domande (un eccezione al giorno d'oggi).D'ora in poi ci rivolgeremo sempre a loro.
They came on Wednesday to do maintenance work on the chimney and thermo stove, and we were very satisfied with the service. Experienced and qualified technician, willing to listen and answer questions (an exception nowadays). From now on we will always turn to them.

From the estimate to the actual installation of the flue and pellet stove, everything was handled with seriousness, professionalism and skill. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravissimi,gentilissimi e disponibilissimi...due anni fa ci salvarono da un natale al gelo dopo un problema grave...ora ci serviva una seconda stufa a pellet e senza pensarci due volte siamo tornati da pramar.
Very good, very kind and very helpful ... two years ago they saved us from a frosty Christmas after a serious problem ... now we needed a second pellet stove and without thinking twice we went back to pramar.
