★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non da' idea di leggerezza architettonica, tuttaltro. È spoglio e desolato quando non ospita eventi, anzi sembra un rudere post industriale e la prima impressione trova conferme leggendone la storia. Era infatti il padiglione di ingresso della vecchia area-fiera cittadina che, al momento del recupero architettonico e d'uso, il comune di Civitanova ha deciso di mantenere quale idea, forse un pò troppo astratta, di collegamento tra il lungomare sud e la città. Io lo trovo brutto e faccio fatica a comprenderne il senso.
Riprende vita quando, per un evento, è invece addobbato ed opportunamente illuminato.
Ben attrezzati i due giardini ai suoi fianchi: regno incontrastato di frotte di bambini che affollano le aree per loro ben attrezzate.
 It gives no idea of architectural lightness, far from it. It is bare and desolate when it does not host events, on the contrary it looks like a post-industrial ruin and the first impression is confirmed by reading its history. It was in fact the entrance pavilion of the old city fair area which, at the time of its architectural recovery and use, the municipality of Civitanova decided to maintain which idea, perhaps a little too abstract, of connection between the south promenade and the city . I find it ugly and I find it hard to understand its meaning.
It comes back to life when, for an event, it is instead decorated and suitably illuminated.
The two gardens next to it are well equipped: the undisputed realm of throngs of children who crowd the areas well equipped for them.
