Mi sono recata in negozio ho parlato con la titolare e mi sono sentita dire che a lei non interessa nulla e che non si assume nessun tipo di responsabilità. Ho discusso ma purtroppo la signora è rimasta irremovibile sulle sue decisioni addirittura mi ha detto che non sapeva neppure quale fornitore avesse fornito quel capo. Ritengo un comportamento scorretto sicuramente ha perso un cliente e non sarò sicuramente promotrice di questo negozio. I bought a garment in September and then I could wear it in the spring ... unfortunately I wore it 4/5 times and it all crumbled. I went to the store and I talked to the owner and I was told that she doesn't care about anything and that she takes no responsibility whatsoever. I argued but unfortunately the lady was adamant about her decisions, she even told me that she didn't even know which supplier supplied that item. I believe bad behavior has definitely lost a customer and I will certainly not be a promoter of this store.
