Purtoppo, quando si vuole parlare dell’ INPS, non su può altro che riferire di COSE NON POSITIVE. E di questo me ne dispiacio. Indipendentemente dal periodo attuale dovuto alla “pandemia”, lo stile ed il modo di trattare l’utenza e la povera gente che vi accede per ordinari servizi alla citttadinanza ne caratterizza in partenza il veramente basso livello di tutta l’organizzazione (a partire dal personale degli sportelli, fino ad arrivare ai livelli superiori ... situati appositamente negli uffici sovrastanti). Una povera persona (che necessita anche solo di un modesto servizio basilare e indispensabile) viene quasi trattato come un “appestato”. Ogni cittadino che necessita di un determinato servizio dell’INPS meriterebbe di essere trattato con la giusta attenzione e con il dovuto riguardo. Invece ... si scopre che LA COSA CHE CARATTERIZZA GLI UFFICI ED IL PERSONALE DELL’INPS è quella di NON FORNIRE SERVIZI ALLA CITTADINANZA

Unfortunately, when you want to talk about INPS, you can only report NON-POSITIVE THINGS. And I'm sorry for that. Regardless of the current period due to the "pandemic", the style and way of treating users and the poor people who access it for ordinary services to the citizenry characterize the very low level of the entire organization (starting from the staff of the counters, up to the upper levels ... specially located in the offices above). A poor person (who needs even a modest basic and indispensable service) is almost treated as a "plague". Every citizen who needs a specific INPS service deserves to be treated with due attention and due regard. Instead ... it turns out that THE THING THAT CHARACTERIZES THE OFFICES AND STAFF OF INPS is NOT TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE CITIZENS
