★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata da loro, per la prima volta, settimana scorsa per sistemare un taglio ed un colore fatto in precedenza altrove, per cui non ero soddisfatta ... Ammetto che ero un pò preoccupata, avendo un taglio corto ed un tipo di capello poco gestibile. Il locale è nuovissimo, i prodotti utilizzati di ottima qualità, ma ciò che veramente mi ha stupito è stato il personale gentilissimo, competente ed aggiornato sui nuovi look. Mi hanno consigliato più alternative in base alla mia fisionomia ed il risultato è stato meraviglioso. Attente e precise su colore, taglio e piega. Non sono mai stata tanto soddisfatta, tornerò sicuramente!!!

Sono pazienti, ascoltano il cliente e cercano la soluzione ad ogni richiesta. Usano ottimi prodotti coi quali coccolano il capello. Anche lo stesso cliente si rilasserà grazie al massaggio alla testa che viene effettuato durante l'attento lavaggio con prodotti idonei, adatti al tipo di capello da trattare. Il salone è nuovo, accogliente e rispecchia la personalità di Vanessa:vedere per credere! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scoperto questo centro appena trasferita a Magenta. Avevo letto ottime recensioni e mi sono fidata. Gestito da ragazze giovani ti ascoltano, ti aiutano a scegliere. Personalemte ho avuto un problema di dermatite, la dermatologa mi aveva dato una spuma al cortisone per il prurito. Il rossore e prurito sono passati ma avevo tantissima forfora che non riuscivo a far passare. Ho raccontato tutto a Vanessa lei mi ha consigliato un trattamento con prodotti naturali, dopo 5 sedute mi è passata la forfora e la desquamazione. Ora appena torna la dermatite, non prendo più il cortisone ma uso solo i loro prodotti. Altra cosa che mi è piaciuta è che quando mi ha presentato il trattamento, lei è stata onesta, mi ha detto che ci provavamo ma se non passava di riandare dal dermatologo. Altra che amo di loro é che i capelli sono molto più sani e belli da quando vado da loro. Che dire, se abitate nei dintorni andate da Vanessa e il suo team.
I discovered this center just moved to Magenta. I had read great reviews and trusted them. Run by young girls they listen to you, they help you choose. Personalemte I had a problem with dermatitis, the dermatologist had given me a cortisone foam for the itch. The redness and itchiness went away but I had a lot of dandruff that I couldn't get through. I told Vanessa everything and she recommended a treatment with natural products, after 5 sessions I passed the dandruff and flaking. Now as soon as the dermatitis returns, I no longer take cortisone but only use their products. Another thing I liked is that when she presented me with the treatment, she was honest, she told me we were going to try but if she didn't stop, go back to the dermatologist. Another thing I love about them is that their hair is much healthier and more beautiful since I go to them. What can I say, if you live nearby go to Vanessa and her team.
