Ho chiesto un taglio ( “spuntatina” per le doppie punte e frangia) e colore ( balayage). Per sicurezza ho mostrato una foto del preciso colore che desideravo, spiegando che lo avevo già fatto ( in un altro salone). Dopo un confronto di idee sul fatto che quello mostrato in foto non fosse balayage (cercato con il nome “balayage” e mostrato precedentemente ad altre parrucchiere) bensì degradé, si mostra convinta e procede. Iniziamo con mezz’ora di ritardo, alle 10.00 invece che alle 9.30. Passo subito al finale: la frangia è asimmetrica, si nota a vista quanto sia più lunga da una lato. Ovviamente io non l’avevo richiesta così. Il resto dei capelli sono stati tagliati solo di lato e dietro, i ciuffi ai lati del viso no. Anche questo si può notare facilmente. Ma la cosa peggiore è il colore: sulla frangia, sulla nuca e sugli strati inferiori sono state fatte delle MECHES bionde partendo da 1 cm dall’attaccatura. Me ne sono potuta accorgete in un secondo momento perché al primo strato di capelli, invece non è stato applicato NESSUN trattamento. Pessimo servizio, super insoddisfatta. Risultato: ho prenotato da un’altra parrucchiera che considera vergognoso il suo lavoro e che mi farà una tinta color cioccolato per sistemare il danno. I went to the Medea salon to use the hairdressing service. I asked for a cut ("trim" for split ends and fringe) and color (balayage). To be safe, I showed a photo of the exact color I wanted, explaining that I had already done so (in another salon). After a comparison of ideas on the fact that the one shown in the photo was not balayage (searched for with the name "balayage" and previously shown to other hairdressers) but degradé, she shows herself convinced and proceeds. We start half an hour late, at 10.00 instead of 9.30. I immediately move on to the finish: the fringe is asymmetrical, you can see how much longer it is on one side. Obviously I didn't ask for it like that. The rest of the hair was cut only on the side and back, the tufts on the sides of the face were not. This too can be seen easily. But the worst thing is the color: blonde MECHES were made on the fringe, the nape and the lower layers starting from 1 cm from the hairline. I was able to notice it later because NO treatment was applied to the first layer of hair. Bad service, super dissatisfied. Result: I booked with another hairdresser who considers her job shameful and who will give me a chocolate-colored dye to fix the damage.

Quando posso cerco di andare a farmi coccolare anche solo per una piega. Paola e Federica sono molto brave, se volete una piega mossa perfetta con la spazzola chiedete di Fede. Ho anche provato il servizio estetica, Jennifer ed Elisa entrambe molto brave! insomma un bel team!
