Se si usa rasoio/sfilzino per sfoltire i capelli bisognerebbe almeno avvisare la cliente che anzichè tagliarle i capelli glieli stai spappolando. Risultato: capelli crespi, punte sfilacciate, doppie punte a volontà, in tre parole "effetto paglia secca". I state that I have never had problems with split ends and I have thick and healthy hair. If you use a razor / stringer to thin your hair, you should at least warn the customer that instead of cutting her hair you are pulping it. Result: frizzy hair, frayed ends, split ends at will, in three words "dry straw effect".

Inoltre ci tengo a precisare che ogni volta,prima di compiere taglio, colore ecc Vanessa chiede sempre il consenso della cliente. Mi dispiace che ci siano persone come lei con poco sincerità P.S : Vanessa numero 1 sempre!!!! Dear Messrs. Team gentile e professionale, la titolare Vanessa gestisce in modo impeccabile personale e clientela andando incontro alle esigenze del singolo. Direi che nel mio caso ha centrato la richiesta interpretando il taglio nel modo che desideravo. The appointment time is respected punctually.
