Purtroppo per me l’esperienza in questo locale non è stata delle migliori in quanto il mio obiettivo era un taglio sul “corto” di color castano chiaro. Il risultato è stato un color nero “carbone”. Alla richiesta di assistenza mi è stato suggerito di aspettare 15 giorni che si sarebbero schiariti da soli dopo 2/3 lavaggi ottenendo il colore desiderato. Trascorso questo lasco di tempo e dato che il problema non si era risolto per nulla ho richiamato ottenendo una risposta tutt’altro che cordiale in quanto mi ha offerto si di risolvere il problema .... ma a pagamento. Nonostante il primo lavoro mi era già costato 100€ (per la precisione 98€), mi sono affidata ad un altro rinomato parrucchiere di Bassano che prontamente ha risolto il problema con professionalità Aggiunta dopo aver letto la tua risposta: Rileggi bene quello che ti ho scritto e fai una riflessione: quando si sbaglia bisogna avere il coraggio di ammetterlo, soprattutto quando si è dei VERI PROFESSIONISTI !!!
