★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non adatto ai disabili in carrozzina. Ma il servizio é ottimo ed il personale é gentilissimo. Parcheggiate fuori, non parcheggiate nel seminterrato xche non c'è ascensore. L'entrata migliore é dalla galleria di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria (a metà di viale Carducci ) ma ci sono 2 gradini e l'ascensore é troppo stretto per carrozzine, almeno x la mia.
 Not suitable for wheelchair users. But the service is excellent and the staff is very kind. Park outside, don't park in the basement because there is no lift. The best entrance is from the gallery in front of the train station (in the middle of Viale Carducci) but there are 2 steps and the lift is too narrow for wheelchairs, at least for mine.
