Un vero direttore d'orchestra, nelle situazioni più difficili che si sono presentate. Conosco Giorgio dai tempi del liceo e senza pensarci due volte mi sono affidata per la seconda volta per l'atto di compravendita che speravo si riducesse a quisquiglie e invece, ogni giorno ci si presentava un problema nuovo. Con una fermezza, che mi ha lasciata positivamente impressionata, il notaio non si è spostato di una virgola da quello che riteneva giusto fosse fatto, nonostante le pressioni delle solite agenzie incompetenti, e di un venditore frettoloso: entrambi ignari dell'esistenza di una sanatoria. Per fortuna sono stata seguita passo passo da un professionista che mi ha guidata come se fosse coinvolto in prima persona con una sicurezza che non è vacillata neanche nei momenti più bui.
