La sorpresa è stata il prezzo finale... 50 euro ,invece dei soliti 35( perché non li ho comprati da loro).
Dicono che sono l’unica ad essersi lamentata...
A fronte di questo cospicuo aumento,per me non giustificato e soprattutto poco chiaro,forse 2 stelle sono anche troppe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiace dare un giudizio negativo al primo cambio gomme presso questi gommisti, ma ho cambiato gli pneumatici di una Mini e me la sono ritrovata con due ruote senza un bullone in quanto l'inserto dei bulloni antifurto si e' spanato.. due bulloni normali in casa non li avevano (gommista senza bulloni mi ricorda il detto del calzolaio con le scarpe rotte..) ma mi hanno detto di stare tranquillo che ero in sicurezza.. ora io faccio 70mila km all'anno e in 18 anni che faccio il rappresentante e di treni di gomme ne ho cambiati questa non l'avevo mai sentita.. mi han detto di rivolgermi presso un'altra officina per mettere i bulloni mancanti e per togliere quelli antifurto che erano incastrati motivo per il quale l'inserto si e' spanato.. anche li niente bulloni normali e avrei dovuto prendere appuntamento la settimana successiva per cercare di togliere i bulloni antifurto.. dico e se forassi una ruota nel frattempo???? risultato, sono andato a Fossnao dal mio gommista di fiducia che in mezz'ora mi ha risolto il problema e cosa incredibile aveva dei bulloni in casa, spiace perche' non credo che abbiano fatto apposta a crearmi tutta questa perdita di tempo pero' se un gommista non e' preparato per risolvere un problema di bulloni antifurto che si spanano spessissimo (come detto da loro) spiacente ma meglio che mi rivolga ad un gommista piu' attrezzato.
Sorry to give a negative opinion at the first tire change at these tire dealers, but I changed the tires of a Mini and I found myself with two wheels without a bolt as the anti-theft bolt insert is stripped ... two normal bolts in they didn't have them home (tire repairer without bolts reminds me of the saying of the shoemaker with broken shoes ..) but they told me to rest assured that I was safe .. now I do 70 thousand km a year and in 18 years I have been a representative and I changed this tire train I had never heard of it .. they told me to contact another workshop to put the missing bolts and to remove the anti-theft ones that were stuck, which is why the insert is stripped .. even there no normal bolts and I would have to make an appointment the following week to try to remove the anti-theft bolts .. I say what if I puncture a wheel in the meantime ???? result, I went to Fossnao to my trusted tire dealer who solved the problem in half an hour and what an incredible thing he had some bolts in the house, sorry because I don't think they did it on purpose to create all this waste of time but if a tire dealer is not prepared to solve a problem of anti-theft bolts that spread very often (as said by them) sorry but better that I contact a more equipped tire dealer.
