★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho avuto necessità di togliere le gomme dal cerchione senza altro montaggio di gomme, all atto di pagare mi sn stati chiesti 3euro a gomma x lo smalrimento, alche` ho fatto notare che lo smaltimento si paga all atto dell acquisto dei pneumatci e che nn si può pagare due volte. il titolare con la presunzione di chi ignora o fa finta di ignorare le norme ha preteso 3euro a gomma x lo smaltimento. giunto a casa ho cercato la norma di legge e dice:
nulla è dovuto alla consegna ho smontaggio dei pneumatici x lo smaltimento al gommista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina, dopo averle consigliato di portarli in discarica dove non le sarebbe costato NULLA, le sono stati chiesti 3 euro per lo smaltimento dei suoi pneumatici (acquistati altrove) perché noi dobbiamo stoccarli nei nostro contenitore e custodirli fino a quando il consorzio li verra' a ritirare, riteniamo un prezzo giusto per il servizio dato perché abbiamo costruito il deposito per i pneumatici usurati a nostre spese per fornire un servizio alla nostra clientela e non per chi vuole acquistare le gomme altrove o su internet ma andarle a buttare da chi ha investito tempo e denaro per costruire un officina!!! Cordiali saluti!!
