Lo vedo passare con la macchina della ditta ma non si ferma. Chiamo per chiarimenti: il tecnico dice prima che non trovava la via, poi che non c'era nessuno in casa. Cerco di fissare un altro appuntamento dopo un'ulteriore richiesta di Vodafone e mi rimbalzano da un interno all'altro. Non riesco a parlare con nessuno. Presa in giro. Serietà scarsissima. Non ci si comporta così non è x niente professionale. Ho avuto modo di contattarli alcune volte per problemi di linea con tim e ho avuto a che fare con almeno tre tecnici diversi. Tutti compententi e gentili, alcuni ti dano anche dei consigli generali utili. Ottimo livello di profesionalità, e quella simpatia e cordialità che è un valore aggiunto. Magari sono stato fortunato, ma sono veramente un team di persone eccezionali. They work for major brands of phones and are not to be exchanged with them. Dopo innumerevoli solleciti annullano la pratica di trasloco a mio carico per "irreperibilità" poiché, a detta loro, hanno provato a chiamarmi ma non ho risposto. Sono stato a casa tutto il giorno ad aspettare che quantomeno passasse a citofonare ma nulla. Chiamo l'assistenza in orario di lavoro (16:30/17:00) e nessuno risponde. Mi chiedo come una azienda come la Telecom si possa affidare a compagnie così menefreghiste nei confronti dei propri clienti dato che procederò alla disdetta della mia utenza tim per colpa loro. La cosa peggiore di tutto ciò è che il responsabile non la pagherà nemmeno e continuerà a lavorare. Appointment set for today between 8: 30/10: 30. No one came, no phone call from the technician.
