Friendly, helpful, but definitely overpriced. I don't know how it works for the professional but for private clients it is not convenient.

Tempi di attesa lunghi, anche a negozio vuoto.
Personale che tratta i privati con sufficienza dimenticandosi che forse gli stessi siano alle volte dietro ad ordini professionali ingenti.
Mi trovo molto meglio presso il negozio di Bergamo.
I understand that the main mission is the service to professionals, but then that take away that to individuals!
Long waiting times, even when the shop is empty.
Staff who treat private individuals sufficiently forgetting that perhaps they are sometimes behind large professional orders.
I am much better at the Bergamo shop.
