★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho chiamato circa un mese fà per avere un controllo delle porte finestre che con il tempo non si chiudevano piu', dopo una settimana sono passato di persona, "non si preoccupi appena riensco due/tre giorni passo: "ho avuto il tempo di andarmene due settimane in ferie e, ad oggi non si è fatto ne vedere ne sentire, per fortuna che questa situazione mi ha portato alla ricerca e conoscenza di un altra persona del mestiere molto piu' professionista del Valsecchi serramenti risolvendo al meglio il problema....!! Voto zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati piu' volte per un preventivo/sopralluogo per sostituzioni finestre in casa ma non hanno mai fissato un appuntamento, e non hanno mai contattato per spiegare le motivazioni. Comportamento poco professionale e per nulla serio.
Called several times for a quote / site inspection to replace windows in the house but have never set an appointment, and have never contacted to explain the reasons. Unprofessional behavior and not at all serious.
