★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took me an hour to find this hotel. Tried two GPS systems and the address mentioned on the web site is wrong. It is not listed as Assissi. It's listed as Santa Maria Degli Angeli. Had to stop at another hotel to get directions. Finally got to the hotel after much frustration and front desk tells informs me that they are having a problem with GOS programs finding them. Now, if you are a business, wouldn't you want or provide customers with a better first impression? May be send someone to pick you up or send customers better directions?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic location with easy access to Assisi, Deruta And neighboring towns. Rooms are typical Italian farmhouse style with modern conveniences. infinity pool can be challenging since there is only a small ladder to get in and it is 5 feet from end to end with no shallow end. Kitchens are bare minimum with gas burners, small refrigerator and sink. Bathrooms are very large and well-appointed with tub and showers. Italian Farmhouse experience in the middle of olive groves with daily maid service. Friendly and helpful staff.
