★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquisto in questo negozio da anni, anche se non certo per la simpatia, più che altro per comodità. In ogni caso mai avrei pensato che oggi succedesse l'inaspettato. A metà dicembre acquisto un borsello da uomo della Mandarina Dack per la modica cifra (diciamo così) di 70 Euro. Ora siamo solo a fine aprile e già da tempo si è di gran lunga scucito e addirittura perde la cerniera lampo principale. Mio marito si reca in negozio questa mattina con copia del pagamento bancomat eseguito allora per il pagamento. Ovviamente secondo loro non è sufficiente per fare il reso. Lui torna a casa, io trovo lo scontrino, chiamo in negozio e una signora impertinente mi dice che non basta lo scontrino e che è normale che sia così!!!! Cosa volete oltre allo scontrino per un reso di un borsello da uomo, non di una Ferrari, che mi spetta per LEGGE??? Vi serve una denuncia dai carabinieri???
La solita incapace che non sa trattare coi clienti .. non mi vedrete mai più...tanti cari saluti!
