La titolare è una persona splendida che sa consigliare per il meglio e mette chiunque a proprio agio. Lo consiglio vivamente!!! La signorina inizialmente fa la gentile, mi spiega, io provo il modello che mi piaceva. Dico "è bellissima, solo non mi piace tantissimo come mi sta indosso, ci penso un po' ma grazie mille." La signora non mi risponde nemmeno, fa la faccia scocciata, comincia a mettere via la giacca e non ci rivolge più la parola. Questo dopo aver provato 2 modelli in 3 minuti, non le ho nemmeno fatto perdere tempo. Io faccio comunque un sorriso e le dico che nel caso torno perché mi serve a breve, e le chiedo che taglia fosse - ero sincera, volevo pensarci perché per me 210 euro sono una somma importante, ma sarei tornata lì. Lei mi risponde con tono maleducato "adesso non lo so che taglia era, se torna gliela faccio riprovare." e mi guarda come con aria di sfida. Ci penso da tutto il pomeriggio, non capisco davvero come si faccia ad essere così maleducati in maniera gratuita con un cliente che è stato gentile e semplicemente non è convinto di un acquisto. Penserò di sicuro alla giacca che è di una marca molto buona, e poi la andrò di certo a comprare da un'altra parte, così la signora può continuare a vivere di rancore per i clienti che non ha e fare la maleducata con qualcun altro. The lady does not even answer me, makes a pissed face, begins to put away the jacket and does not speak to us anymore. This after trying 2 models in 3 minutes, I didn't even waste her time. I smile anyway and tell her that in case I'll be back because I need it soon, and ask her what size it was - I was honest, I wanted to think about it because for me 210 euros is an important sum, but I would have gone back there. She replies with a rude tone "now I don't know what size it was, if she comes back I'll try it again." and looks at me as if defiantly. I've been thinking about it all afternoon, I don't really understand how you can be so rude for free with a customer who has been nice and just isn't convinced of a purchase. I will think about the jacket for sure which is of a very good brand, and then I will certainly go and buy it somewhere else, so the lady can continue to live with a grudge for the customers she does not have and be rude to someone else.
