Esperienza decisamente positiva, prezzi nella media e per alcuni servizi anche inferiori rispetto ad altri saloni. Preparati anche sul “naturale”, henné di ottima qualità. Lo consiglio. Young, courteous and always smiling staff. Products and tools used (plates, hair dryers, brushes) of excellent quality. Definitely positive experience, average prices and for some services even lower than other salons. Also be prepared on "natural", high quality henna. I advise.

Sono arrivata in questo salone con i capelli molto lunghi ma rovinati alle punte, volevo solo dare una rinfrescata al taglio e accorciare leggermente il ciuffo. Mi è stata consigliata una forma piena che apparentemente dopo la piega mossa fatta con la piastra sembrava perfetta ma, appena ho fatto io lo shampoo il taglio si è rivelato orrendo, di forma pari non ha assolutamente nulla ma ci sono proprio dei grandini inguardabili e anche passando la piastra si vede palesemente che il taglio è imprecisissimo. Per non parlare del ciuffo che non si accompagna assolutamente al resto dei capelli ma sembra una frangia con taglio netto fino al mento. In più, avendo la cute grassa, mi è stato fatto uno scrub che avrebbe dovuto fare durare di più i capelli puliti ma la sera stessa la cute era sporchissima e la piega praticamente scomparsa per cui, per potermi presentare a quella che doveva essere un'occasione importante mi sono dovuta fare nuovamente lo shampoo da sola. Soldi spesi davvero malissimo! Ora non mi resta che farmeli sistemare da qualcuno più competente perché non sono proprio capelli con cui ci si può fare vedere in giro. Unfortunately I was expecting a lot and I was very disappointed. I arrived in this salon with very long hair but damaged at the tips, I just wanted to refresh the cut and slightly shorten the tuft. I was advised to have a full shape that apparently after the wavy fold made with the plate seemed perfect but, as soon as I did the shampoo, the cut turned out to be horrible, even in shape it has absolutely nothing but there are some unwatchable hail and also passing the plate you can clearly see that the cut is very inaccurate. Not to mention the tuft that absolutely does not go with the rest of the hair but looks like a fringe with a clean cut up to the chin. In addition, having oily skin, I was given a scrub that should have made clean hair last longer but that same evening the skin was very dirty and the crease practically disappeared so, in order to present myself to what should have been a ' important occasion I had to shampoo myself again. Really bad money! Now I just have to have it fixed by someone more competent because it's not really hair that you can show around with.
