Telefono per un'informazione sul valore dei tamponi COVID e mi viene risposto in tono seccato e scortese che "sono informazioni che dovete sapere voi, noi che ne sappiamo?". Ci mancava poco che mi mandassero a quel paese, dai toni. E telefono sbattuto in faccia. E meno male che ci lavorate con queste cose. Professionalità e cortesia nulle
