★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'alta via dei rondoi che si può prendere dalla val Sughet mostra dei bellissimi panorami dal suo percorso lungo la cresta. Spesso è possibile incontrare camosci lungo il tragitto.
The high way of the rondoi that can be taken from the Sughet valley shows beautiful views from its route along the ridge. You can often see chamois along the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per raggiungere la "Val Sughet" si percorre un sentiero prevalentemente nel bosco. Indicativamente richiede un'ora di cammino. Arrivati in valle, nelle giornate limpide il panorama concede di vedere il mare dal un lato, mentre alle spalle rimane l'imponente "cima Manera" quasi ad osservare il nuovo avventore.
To reach the "Val Sughet" you follow a path mainly in the woods. Approximately it requires an hour of walking. Once in the valley, on a clear day, the view allows you to see the sea from one side, while behind you the imposing "Manera peak" remains almost as if to observe the new customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Val Sughet é la conca racchiusa dalle 5 cime del Gruppo del Cavallo, ovvero in senso orario Tremol-Colombera-Palantina-Manera-Furlani.
É attraversata dal sentiero 924 che conduce alla Forcella Palantina, é una vallata di morfologia carsica, fauna presente, marmotte, camosci e vipere... Al suo ingresso si trova il capitello dedicato a Gerometta, da qui si può intraprendere il sentiero verso sx a lui dedicato che in una piacevole passeggiata arriva al rifugio Arneri. A dx parte il sentiero 918 dell'alta via dei Rondoi.
Val Sughet is the basin enclosed by the 5 peaks of the Gruppo del Cavallo, or clockwise Tremol-Colombera-Palantina-Manera-Furlani.
It is crossed by the path 924 to Forcella Palantina, is a karst valley, fauna, marmots, chamois and vipers ... At the entrance stands the capital dedicated to Gerometta, from here you can take the path to the left to he dedicated that in a pleasant walk arrives at the Arneri refuge. On the right the path 918 of the Alta Via dei Rondoi starts.
