Ho dovuto aspettare e richiamare per richiedere un nuovo incontro. Mi è stato garantito un preventivo entro uno o due giorni, non ho ricevuto nulla. Ho provato a chiamare per avere notizie, ma nessuno sapeva nulla o ha preso nota per farmi ricontattare dalla persona responsabile. Sono ancora in attesa di un riscontro. Capisco un periodo di lavoro intenso, ma credo che la correttezza non possa essere messa così in secondo piano. Mi hanno fatto perdere un mese di tempo. Se mi avessero avvisato subito, mi sarei rivolta ad altri senza stare ad aspettare i loro tempi. Atteggiamento veramente seccante e fastidioso. I needed a quote. Non è possibile dover aspettare mesi per un intervento su una porta, montata da loro, che necessita di manutenzione annuale. Il signor Fabio mi risponde che non risulto loro cliente. Questo perché il cliente è mio marito. Per essere più precisi, abbiamo acquistato una abitazione di nuova costruzione dalla impresa edile del signor Tramontano, a Bologna. La casa ha infissi della Internorm, acquistati presso Val Serramenti ( come da fattura). La porta finestra ha avuto sempre dei problemi. E continua ad averli. Val Serramenti ha chiuso le liste di attesa per le manutenzioni a novembre, e le riaprirà a fine gennaio. Tutto questo non è normale. Confermo . Internorm è un prodotto eccellente. L'assistenza post vendita è decisamente da rivedere. The Internorm product is great. On the other hand, after-sales technical assistance is really a huge problem.
