★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Val di Giere si raggiunge in auto da Claut per stradina stretta ma percorribile con auto normali fino al Pian di Cea. Da qui è possibile inoltrarsi sulla valle per un sentiero segnato che corre sul letto ghiaioso del torrente. Ambiente solitario. Val la pena spingersi fino alla bella Casera Podestine, ben ristrutturata, che sorge ai margini di una radura e offre possibilità di ricovero. Un' altra facile escursione è quella al Monte Dosaip, vetta che offre un bel panorama sulle Prealpi Friulane.
 The Val di Giere can be reached by car from Claut along a narrow but passable road with normal cars up to Pian di Cea.
