Pertanto, è stata veramente una sorpresa trovare finalmente un team preparato, affidabile e cortese, a cominciare dalla segretaria che è una persona gentilissima e disponibile , sempre reperibile per qualsiasi esigenza.
Da precisare , che giorni prima che venissero a casa a fare la manutenzione, peraltro ottima e approfondita, ci hanno offerto via whatsapp una consulenza gratuita per risolvere un problema alla caldaia che ci creava preoccupazione.
Da non dimenticare l’ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo che questa ditta assicura nel corso dell’abbonamento annuale.
After years we decided to change the maintenance company of our boiler and therefore we were hesitant and a little anxious. Therefore, it was really a surprise to finally find a trained, reliable and courteous team, starting with the secretary who is a very kind and helpful person, always available for any need.
It should be noted that days before they came home to do the maintenance, which was excellent and thorough, they offered us a free consultation via whatsapp to solve a problem with the boiler that caused us concern.
