Dalle "frese" pre-pizza fino al dolce tutto sublime.. Una pizza di alto livello con ingredienti di altissima qualità, perfino dell'olio d'oliva si percepiva l'ottimo sapore.. Super consigliato.. L'impasto è molto morbido e idratato, si percepisce la qualità delle farine utilizzate, nonché la ricerca da parte dei pizzaioli di sempre nuovi abbinamenti, con gli ingredienti in equilibrio di sapidità e quantità. Loro stessi in piena onestà sconsigliano di ordinare una pizza alla quale manca un ingrediente in quanto andrebbe a rovinare il gusto che hanno pensato per quella pizza, ho molto apprezzato. Squisiti i dolci, gusto molto delicato e non eccessivamente zuccherati, anch'essi ben abbinati nei sapori. Una piccola nota stonata è relativa al menu extra-pizze, povero e quasi inesistente ma chi si reca qui lo fa soprattutto per la nomea che hanno le pizze, quindi questo passa in secondo piano. Io e la mia compagna alla fine siamo stati omaggiati di una forma di pane preparato da loro nel forno del ristorante, un regalo tanto inaspettato quanto gradito, una gentilezza di certo non comune. Consiglio assolutamente a tutti di provare questa ormai grande eccellenza del territorio cosentino, non ci sarà spazio per la delusione. This is not the first time I have dinner here and it certainly won't be the last. The dough is very soft and hydrated, you can perceive the quality of the flours used, as well as the search by the pizza makers for ever new combinations, with the ingredients in balance of flavor and quantity. They themselves in full honesty advise against ordering a pizza that is missing an ingredient as it would ruin the taste they have thought of that pizza, I very much appreciated. The desserts are exquisite, with a very delicate and not excessively sweet taste, also well matched in flavors. A small discordant note is related to the extra-pizza menu, poor and almost non-existent but those who go here do it above all for the reputation of the pizzas, so this takes a back seat. In the end, my partner and I were honored with a loaf of bread prepared by them in the restaurant's oven, a gift as unexpected as it was welcome, a kindness certainly not common. I absolutely recommend everyone to try this now great excellence of the Cosenza area, there will be no room for disappointment.

Buoni anche gli ingredienti, forse un pelo troppo sapidi alcuni salumi in associazione al resto degli ingredienti già ricchi di sale, ma proprio per cercare il pelo nell'uovo. Un pelo sotto tono la panna cotta che ho mangiato, poco dolce e aromatica, troppo delicata ma guarnita da un'eccellente crema al pistacchio. Buona anche la scelta del caffè e l'assortimento di birre. Una mancanza erano i fritti, non presenti nel menù. Really good dough: quality flour, right flavor, aromas and flavors.
