Il prodotto non ha funzionato, mi reco in negozio per fare un reclamo, ma non vengo minimamente preso in considerazione, nonostante si rendano conto che il prodotto sia andato a male. Non mi viene proposto né un rimborso o uno sconto per l'acquisto di un altro prodotto, ma nemmeno delle semplici scuse.
Insomma a mio avviso non sanno trattare affatto col cliente.
Non ci tornerò più.
I bought a hair coloring product, which I used according to the advice of the staff. The product did not work, I go to the store to make a complaint, but I am not taken into consideration at all, despite realizing that the product has gone bad. I am not offered a refund or a discount for the purchase of another product, but not even a simple apology.
In short, in my opinion they do not know how to deal with the customer at all.
I will never go back.

Nemmeno il buongiorno che apre la porta e ti chiedein modo molto cattivo di indossare la mascherina fpp2, in quanto è una legge fatta da loro e nnn dallo stato, xke in caso di mancanza la puoi acquistare da loro....
Ho preferito andarmene e acquistare i prodotti da un alto negoziante....
Super rude ....
Not even the good morning that opens the door and asks you in a very bad way to wear the fpp2 mask, as it is a law made by them and nnn by the state, xk and in case of lack you can buy it from them ....
I preferred to leave and buy the products from a senior shopkeeper ....
