★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è stata negativa in quanto, dopo aver cambiato medico e preso questa dott.ssa che riceve solo per appuntamento, per ben 2 volte sono arrivato lì e una volta l'orario era sbagliato (appuntamento preso telefonicamente) e la seconda volta (appuntamento preso di persona la volta precedente) addirittura il giorno era sbagliato di 1 settimana! Sono un sistemista (informatico) e segno tutti gli impegni nel momento stesso che li prendo direttamente nello smartphone quindi le probabilità che sbagli per ben 2 volte di fila a segnare un appuntamento sono veramente molto ma molto basse. La prima volta ho ricevuto delle scuse (dall'assistente alla reception), la seconda volta, direttamente dalla dott.ssa non ho ricevuto nessuna scusa ma solo arroganza, motivo per cui cambierò medico.
Mi era stata consigliata come un bravo dottore ma se non sono in grado di gestire gli appuntamenti e di essere educati con i pazienti mi recherò altrove.
 My experience was negative because, after changing doctor and taking this doctor who receives only by appointment, I arrived there twice and once the time was wrong (appointment made by phone) and the second time ( appointment made in person the previous time) even the day was 1 week wrong! I am a systems engineer (IT) and I sign all the commitments at the same time that I take them directly on the smartphone so the chances of getting wrong 2 times in a row to mark an appointment are really very, very low. The first time I received an apology (from the assistant at the reception), the second time, directly from the doctor I received no apology but only arrogance, which is why I will change doctor.
I was advised as a good doctor but if I am unable to manage appointments and be polite with patients I will go elsewhere.
