Se vi trovaste a dover fare un qualsiasi esame vi consiglio di cambiare laboratorio. Bad experience, twice, inadequate staff, inappropriate and inadequate in their duty. Not respectful of the time on the bulletin board. If you find yourself having to do any exam, I recommend that you change laboratory.
M	Maria Zambuto no profit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No ho esperienza ma il nome ..???????mi ispira io pure sono cresciuta con Giovanni Paolo..poi tramite film karoll ???da allora karoll il mio papà .che no lo vissuto per colpa dei giornalisti scandalistici .. cui dicevano diffamie..su lui mi mandavano fuori strada con religione ????? ma poi mi sono cresimata .. avrei voluto con lui ma era morto poi io nel 2014 chiesa .. nel 15pronta battezzare prima nipote ,,,⛸️???? I have no experience but the name .. inspires me as well I grew up with Giovanni Paolo..then through film karoll ??? since then karoll my dad. . to whom they said defamations .. about him they sent me astray with religion ????? but then I was confirmed .. I wanted to go with him but he died then I church in 2014 .. in 15 ready to baptize first nephew ,,, ⛸️? ???

Nonostante avessi prenotato 10 giorni prima, ho aspettato due ore, perché dicevano di aver perso la prenotazione (poi magicamente ritrovata dopo aver fatto passare avanti gli amici). Al telefono avevano detto che facevano il tampone salivare e invece una volta lì hanno negato e fatto faringeo. Sono andata con un bimbo neonato e mi hanno fatto aspettare giù col passeggino sotto il sole con 40gradi e alla fine mi hanno anche sbagliato la fattura. Un esperienza horror.. e ho anche pagato!!! Bad experience and if it were possible I would have given zero stars. Although I had booked 10 days before, I waited two hours, because they said they had lost the reservation (then magically found after having friends pass by). On the phone they had said that they did the salivary swab and instead once there they denied and made a pharyngeal. I went with a newborn baby and they made me wait down with the stroller in the sun with 40 degrees and in the end they even got my invoice wrong. A horror experience .. and I even paid !!!
A	Ali Alo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti e disorganizzati Faccio un tampone rapido presso un laboratorio e risulta positivo per cui prenoto subito un tampone molecolare da Karol ma nonostante la prenotazione ore 8.00 entro dopo più di 3 ore.!!! Chiamo per chiedere di inviarmi esito per mail ma non risponde nessuno allora vado al laboratorio per ritirare l'esito nel pomeriggio ma non risponde nessuno al citofono, riesco a entrare grazie ad un infermiere che portava tamponi e mi dicono che sono chiusi (ma in realtà sono aperti confermato da altro dipendente e anche sul sito il pomeriggio risultano aperti dalle 16.00 alle 18.00) e mi dicono che invieranno l'esito per mail. Ricevo il referto dove risulto negativa ma sul consiglio del medico faccio la mattina seguente un altro tampone molecolare e risulto positiva!!! Quindi non solo sono disorganizzatissismi (non rispondono al telefono, al citofono, attesa infinita nonostante la prenotazione) ma anche incompetenti perché hanno dato un risultato covid negativo quando in realtà ero positiva (confermato da altri 2 tamponi fatti in altre 2 strutture sia il giorno prima che il giorno dopo il tampone effettuato da loro) Reputo quindi la cosa molto grave perché se non avessi effettuato un tampone in altre strutture sarei andata in giro ad infettare altre persone e chissà quante altre volte sarà successa una cosa simile!!! Incompetent and disorganized I do a quick swab at a laboratory and it is positive so I immediately book a molecular swab from Karol but despite the booking at 8.00 am within after more than 3 hours. !!! I call to ask to send me the result by email but no one answers then I go to the laboratory to collect the result in the afternoon but no one answers at the intercom, I manage to enter thanks to a nurse who brought swabs and they tell me that they are closed (but in reality they are open confirmed by another employee and also on the site in the afternoon they are open from 16.00 to 18.00) and they tell me that they will send the result by email. I receive the report where it is negative but on the advice of the doctor I make another molecular swab the next morning and I am positive !!! So not only are they disorganized (they don't answer the phone, the intercom, endless waiting despite the reservation) but also incompetent because they gave a negative covid result when in reality I was positive (confirmed by 2 other swabs made in other 2 structures both the day before that the day after the swab carried out by them) I therefore consider it very serious because if I hadn't swabbed in other facilities I would have gone around infecting other people and who knows how many times something similar has happened !!!
