s	serena fasulo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENTI A NON FARVI FREGARE. SCorrettezza ai massimi livelli. Avevamo chiesto un’entrocote da 300g e ci è arrivata da 600g. In un ristorante CORRETTO prima di servircela ci avrebbero chiesto se andava bene, invece così non è stato. Eravamo in 4 e hanno fatto così con tutti noi, senza avvisarci del fatto che la carne sarebbe stata di ben 300g in più del previsto, ritrovandoci così un conto molto più alto, che per dei giovani fa veramente la differenza. Ovviamente lo scontrino ce l’hanno dato solo dopo che avevamo già pagato, perché hanno pensato bene di farcelo vedere dopo e dirci a voce il prezzo. Quando siamo andati a farlo notare ormai non ci consideravamo più perché tanto ormai avevamo pagato, ripetendoci sempre le stesse cose, ovvero che secondo loro ci avevano avvisato dicendo che i grammi della carne sarebbero potuti variare… va bene di 100g ma del doppio NO, vuol dire che ci marciano. Sono veramente delusa, e di certo non ci metteremo più piede. BE CAREFUL NOT TO BE FRIED. Fairness at the highest levels. We asked for a 300g entrocote and we got a 600g one. In a CORRECT restaurant, before serving it, they would have asked us if it was okay, but it wasn't. There were 4 of us and they did so with all of us, without warning us that the meat would have been 300g more than expected, thus finding ourselves a much higher bill, which for young people really makes a difference. Obviously, they gave us the receipt only after we had already paid, because they saw fit to show it to us later and tell us the price. When we went to point this out we no longer considered ourselves because we had paid so much by now, always repeating the same things, or that according to them they had warned us by saying that the grams of meat could vary ... okay by 100g but double NO, it means say they march there. I'm really disappointed, and we certainly won't set foot in it again.

Buona scelta di tagli di carni di diverse razza bovine tutte allevate localmente. Il frigo all'ingresso del locale mostra tutto il loro splendore. Le note positive purtroppo si esauriscono qui. Servizio mediocre, non all'altezza della fascia di prezzo in cui si colloca il ristorante. La carne è stata servita su pietra ollare tiepida e l'interno della carne era freddo. Avevamo ordinato un pezzo pregiato ma non ci è stato mostrato ed è stato servito già tagliato!! Sapore buono ma dimenticabile. Dato il suo costo mi aspettavo molto, ma molto di più. Carta dei vini molto limitata. Avevo alte aspettative, purtroppo tutte disattese. Discreetly maintained restaurant in the beautiful historic center of the city of Montesarchio at the foot of the castle. Good choice of cuts of meat from different beef breeds all locally raised. The fridge at the entrance to the restaurant shows all their splendor. Unfortunately, the positive notes end here. Mediocre service, not up to the price range in which the restaurant is placed. The meat was served on warm soapstone and the inside of the meat was cold. We had ordered a fine piece but it was not shown to us and it was served already cut !! Taste good but forgettable. Given its cost, I expected a lot, much more. Very limited wine list. I had high expectations, unfortunately all of them failed.

Quando pago un calice di vino €5.5 gradirei che il bicchiere sia almeno la metà...non 1/4 ?‍♂️. Small and quite expensive place. Average products but very small portions. When I pay for a glass of wine € 5.5 I would like the glass to be at least half ... not 1/4 ?‍♂️.
