★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza personale, mai più ma proprio mai più. Incompetente come pochi. Ho portato la mtb con un problema, è l'ho portata via ben 3 volte e con lo stesso problema, oltre ad aver lasciato sul bancone 300 euro. Se potete dirigetevi altrove

Ringrazio Mauro, persona professionale e competente, ma soprattutto gentile, disponibile ed onesto.
Sono stato totalmente supportato nel problema che ho avuto con la mia MTB. I suoi suggerimenti mi hanno fatto risparmiare tempo e soldi senza che a lui venisse in tasca nulla in termini di guardagno. Anzi, un guadagno da parte sua c'è stato, ovvero ottenere la soddisfazione e la fiducia di un suo cliente.
Ma non è finita...avrei anche dovuto sostituire una pedivella che mi si era piegata rendendo la MTB inutilizzabile e data difficoltà di reperibilità di componentistica in questo periodo, me l'ha temporaneamente sistemata tramite un artigiano di sua conoscenza che si occupa di lavorazioni meccaniche, il quale l'ha scaldata e raddrizzata. In questo modo mi ha dato la possibilità di utilizzare la MTB nell'attesa che arrivi il componente originale senza lasciarmi letteralmente a piedi. Ottima soluzione, non mi accorgo della differenza rispetto a prima.
Non posso che consigliarlo a tutti!!!

But that's not all ... I also had to replace a crank arm that had bent to me making the MTB unusable and given the difficulty of finding components in this period, I temporarily fixed it through an artisan of his knowledge who takes care of the work. mechanical, which heated and straightened it. In this way it gave me the possibility to use the MTB while waiting for the original component to arrive without literally leaving me on foot. Excellent solution, I don't notice the difference compared to before.
I can only recommend it to everyone !!!

Nel mio caso...ha sistemato il reggisella telescopico KS, ora lavora perfettamente senza perdere alcun mm. è perfetto! Ha regolato le sospensioni (ant. & post.) ha sostituito le pastiglie e mi ha ridato la IBIS HD MOJO come nuova.OTTIMO LAVORO!

Sia per la manutenzione/riparazione che per l'acquisto di una bicicletta nuova, come nel mio caso dove in base alle mie esigenze e i suoi consigli ho fatto un ottimo acquisto.. Sia per il prezzo che per il mio divertimento.. Consigliatissimo.. Onesto e affidabile e la sua conoscenza va dalla bici da città alla bicicletta da dh!
