Alla mia domanda sulla disponibilità di uno zaino di una nota marca, mi è stato risposto che era troppo costosa....problema eventualmente della sottoscritta! Mi veniva rifilato un prodotto,che il proprietario doveva "piazzare" a tutti i costi. Attività come la vostra dovrebbero solo chiudere! Avete 40 anni di attività solo perché in passato a Pescara non esisteva altro. Personalmente, non entrerò più nel vs negozio e da me avrete solo pessima pubblicità! Sono andata per cambiare un regalo di Natale i primi di gennaio con confezione correttamente conservata e scontrino. Mi viene risposto che gli acquisti effettuati a dicembre vanno cambiati entro il 31 dicembre. Una pratica inusuale in una situazione normale, davvero sconveniente in tempi di zone rosse/arancioni. Inoltre, non è affisso alcun avviso in merito nel negozio e la persona che ha fatto il regalo riferisce di non esserne stata informata. La commessa in modo davvero sgradevole ci permette, infine, di cambiare il regalo a fatica. Il signore in cassa mostra un chiaro disappunto al pagamento della differenza (visto che il prodotto scelto per il cambio era più caro del regalo) con carta bancomat. La commessa pur di venderci una valigia mi promette, senza che le fosse chiesto, di riparare il carello di quella che dovevo sostituire. La stessa poi parla col titolare, rendendosi conto che è contrario alla cosa e, telefonandomi, cambia completamente versione. Dopo mie rimostranze telefoniche col titolare, che tra l'altro mi ha trattato in modo non professionale, questi finge un tentativo di risoluzione del problema, agendo in maniera difforme a quanto promesso dalla commessa. Il risultato è stato quello di una grande presa in giro, per di più nei confronti di un cliente che ha acquistato nel tempo più articoli in questo negozio. Diffidate gente, diffidate!!
